Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3 working days of receipt of order (subject to the postal service), but please allow longer around Bank Holidays. Next day delivery can be offered at an extra cost, please call us before 10am on the day to arrange, or the afternoon before to allow us time to book our courier. We very much welcome orders from the rest of the world, however there will be an additional charge for this service. When you place an order the postage will be worked out for you automatically, so please check you agree with the total before you confirm an order. We also may to have make an additional charge for outlying areas and some parts of Ireland. In all cases we will be sure to contact you before we process any payment.

Confidentiality

We promise not to pass your details to any third party. The credit card details you input are processed securely, through Protx secure server and off site and no payment details are retained. Storage and Shelf Life (only applies to gift boxes with Trevarno Skincare Products in).

Trevarno Skincare products now have a 12 month shelf life however because no synthetics, chemical preservatives or stabilisers are used in our products it is recommended that preparations are stored in a cool dry place and used within four months for creams and 9 months for salves and ointments.

How to use the Shop

Browsing

Simply click on the category that you wish to browse through, and a page will appear showing you how many items there are for you to see in that category, and then the first selection of those items. This may include a thumbnail image to enable you to get a glimpse at the product. If it goes beyond one page then you are provided with links on the results page to work through the rest of the items. If there are sub categories then you will get a choice of the subcategories. Clicking on those links will in turn show you the goods within that sub category.

Searching

You can use the search facility at any time to search through the entire catalogue of products to find what you like. If for example you are looking for organic products, a search on the word 'organic' will show you ALL products with the word organic in their name, or description. This is very helpful when trying to find goods related to a certain theme rather than a type of product.

Purchasing

When you are ready to purchase, you can go to the 'Checkout', which can be accessed from the 'Shopping Cart' page which you will see when you add a product, or which is listed at the top of every page as a link called 'Cart' (see the top of this page), or you can use the 'Checkout' link, which is also shown at the top of each page. At this point you will be asked to log in.

(Note: We have kept to a minimum the requirements of logging in, and assure you that we only ever use information held for the purposes of our business. We do not release any information to others, and only ask you for enough to enable you to shop with us, and for us to be able to deliver the goods. The use of a 'Username' and 'Password' simply enables you to log in easier next time to check on the progress of your order, or when you next wish to purchase something.)

If you are a new customer, then simply choose username and password which you wish to use, and then complete the rest of the information, and click on the register button. If you are already a registered customer, then simply enter your username and password, and press the 'Login' button. Whichever you do you will be taken to the next page which confirms the content of your shopping cart, and the details of where to send the goods. It is possible to add a secondary address for delivery at this point if you wish for the items to be sent to another address, for example if you are buying it as a gift for a friend, or wish it to be delivered to a second home etc. When you are ready, click the 'Next' button, the next page again confirms the details, and then asks you to choose your payment method.

Payment

We accept Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Master Card and Switch/UK Maestro You can choose which payment method you wish to use, and complete the rest of the boxes if applicable. (If there is any difficulty in the processing of the order, you will be contacted using the details shown on your order record.) When you are done, click the 'Complete Order' Button, and your details will be sent to us. A confirmation page will be shown which confirms the details, and which can be printed as a record of the order placed. (There is a link at the bottom to make this a full page form before printing if you wish). Returns Policy We hope you are delighted with your purchases from us. If however you are not pleased with your purchase please return the products to us completely unused and in their original packaging to: Trevarno Estate Gardens, Chynhale, Nr. Helston, Cornwall, TR13 0RU within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
